California lemon law attorney Kurt Delsack, Esq. earned his first law degree from Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. He then continued his law studies and went on to graduate with an advanced Certificate in Communications Law from CUA's highly acclaimed Institute for Communications Law Studies. Mr. Delsack obtained his undergraduate Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the City University of New York, City College, CCNY.

He became a member of the bar and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and the state of California. He is also duly qualified and admitted as an Attorney and Counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Delsack states "I believe in sticking up for the underdog. That's why I started my own law firm, Law Offices of Delsack & Assoc., P.C., in 1987 so that we could help ordinary consumers against businesses which selling products that did not live up to their promises and warranties."

For several years Mr. Delsack represented hundreds of California mobilehome park residents against mobilehome park owners. These mobilehome owners were frustrated and angered because they lived in parks where the big business park owners had failed to maintain safe and sanitary conditions. Mr. Delsack considers it an honor to have been entrusted to represent these many California homeowners and to be able to improve their living conditions.

Do I Qualify For Lemon Law Protection?


The California lemon law provides a way to get rid of your lemon if you have repeated problems.
It applies to all new vehicles purchased or leased for personal or small business use.

A used vehicle may also qualify if it was purchased or leased with a remaining portion of the manufacturer's original, new car warranty,California requires that a consumer allow the manufacturer a reasonable number of repair attempts. A "reasonable" number is four times; or two times if the problem is likely to cause death or serious injury; or if it was out of service for more than 30 days during the first 18 months or 18,000 miles, and the problem is still not fixed.


You do not need to first go through arbitration for us to file your California lemon law claim. So long as your vehicle has a substantial manufacturing defect and it first occurred within the new car warranty period, your vehicle may qualify as a lemon.
