Automakers and Dealers Oppose Rental Recall Bill

NTSB Recommends Lower Blood Alcohol Levels

According to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), approximately 10,000 people die in drinking and driving related crashes every year. In an attempt to reach a goal of zero alcohol and impaired related deaths, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are recommending that states implement laws that will work toward that goal. Toyota FJ Cruiser Lighting Problem

Toyota will be recalling approximately fifteen hundred 2007-2013 FJ Cruiser vehicles sold with Toyota’s auxiliary driving lamp kits mounted to the front bumper. These lights include two 55 watt bulbs which can be illuminated only with the vehicle’s upper headlamp beams, at the option of the driver. (more…)

BMW 3 Series Added To Massive Airbag Recall

Honda is recalling certain 2012-2013 Honda Fit multi purpose vehicles (MPV) because they may fail to meet the requirements of the Federal Vehicle Motor Safety standards for electronic stability control (ESC). Subaru Defective Floor Mat Problem

Subaru will be recalling approximately ten thousand 2014 Subaru Forester vehicles manufactured between January 2013 – March 2013. Nissan Recalls Improperly Cast Brake Torque Members

Nissan is recalling certain 2013 Infiniti JX and 2013 Nissan Pathfinder vehicles because the front brake torque member may have been improperly cast. During the front brake torque member casting process, molten iron overflow from one mold to the other partially filled the mold cavities and began to cool. (more…)
